Terms and Conditions

Before confirming your booking for our cruise, please be aware of our terms and conditions. 

To secure the booking, a deposit of $500 is required. The remaining balance must be paid fourteen days prior to the cruise date. If paying by credit card, a surcharge of 2.5% will be applied. Direct debit to the nominated bank account is also acceptable.

To ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our guests, any food allergies must be made known at the time of booking. The maximum amount of passengers allowed on board is 25; any attempt to exceed this will result in an automatic cancellation.

If you choose to bring your own alcohol, a surcharge of $200 is applicable. All quoted prices are exclusive of GST. Smoking and vaping are not permitted on board the boat at any time.

If you must cancel your booking, please be aware that cancellation up to 28 days prior to the booking results in a loss of the $500 deposit. Cancellation up to 14 days prior to the date of the cruise results in a loss of 50% of the total booking amount. Cancellation within seven days of the booking forfeits the total booking amount.
